Station Knokke er en endestation ved slutningen af sporlinje 51B ved delkommunen Knokke i kommunen Knokke-Heist. Mellem station Heist og Knokke kører kysttrampen, der i dag har sin endestation her parallelt med jernbanen. Efter mere end 30 års kamp blev sporlinjen Brugge - Heist forlænget fra Heist til vejen/tramvejen fra Knokke til Westkapelle eller Heist. Ved åbningen den 29. juni 1920 lå stationen ved slutningen af sporlinje 51. I 1937 blev delen Blankenberge - Zeebrugge nedlagt, og station Knokke kom til at ligge ved slutningen af sporlinje 51A. Efter nedlæggelsen af delen Zeebrugge - Heist i 1983, ved slutningen af sporlinje 51B.
