La Grande-Nèthe er en biflod til Nèthe og er en del af vandløbsområdet for Escaut. Den er 44 km lang. Grande-Nèthe har sit udspring nordøst for Hechtel. Lidt længere nede ad floden herfra, ved Lier, møder den Petite-Nèthe og danner Nèthe eller den nedre Nèthe.
