På den britiske militære kirkegård 'Dozinghem Military Cemetery' hviler 3.312 døde fra verdenskrig I. Kirkegården er designet af Sir Reginald Blomfield og har et areal på omkring 12.300 m². Navnet Dozinghem – også navnet på evakueringshospitalet fra verdenskrig I - er afledt af det engelske verbum 'to dose': at administrere medicin eller bedøvelsesmiddel i små mængder.
