Fabrique Nationale de Herstal er en belgisk producent af skydevåben. Hovedkontoret ligger i Herstal, nær Liège. Siden 1997 har virksomheden været 100% ejet af den Vallonske Region. FN producerer skydevåben til militæret og politiet, men størstedelen af våbnene går til skydesport og jagt. Omsætningen for hele FN-gruppen er cirka 678 millioner euro. Der arbejder ca. 1300 mennesker hos Herstal Belgien. FN er også ejer af to amerikanske våbenproducenter, Browning Arms Company og Winchester Repeating Arms Company. I USA har FN Herstal en produktionsafdeling i Columbia og en salgs- og marketingafdeling i McLean, nær Washington D.C..
