Van Honsebrouck er et belgisk bryggeri i den vestflandske kommune Ingelmunster. Bryggeriet er medlem af selskabet BELGIAN FAMILY BREWERS.
Bryggeriet blev grundlagt i 1900 af ægteparret Louisa og Emiel Van Honsebrouck på en lille gård i Ingelmunster. Deres sønner Paul og Ernst fortsatte familievirksomheden fra 1922, indtil bryggeriingeniør Luc Van Honsebrouck overtog ledelsen af bryggeriet som den tredje generation af grundfamilien; Luc Van Honsebrouck fejrede sit femtiende bryggerijubilæum i 2005 og udgav en bog om sit lange arbejdsliv i det private bryggeri Van Honsebrouck.
