Minerne i slaget ved Messines var udstrakte underjordiske tunneler, der under Første Verdenskrig blev anlagt af britiske tropper i nærheden af Mesen i Belgien under de tyske stillinger på vestfronten i Wytschaete-buen ved Ypres.
Til bygningen af minerne blev ingeniører og minearbejdere fra alle dele af det britiske imperium anvendt; i tilfælde af minerne ved Messines stammede de især fra England og Wales, Canada og Australien. Modstanderens stillinger blev undergravet så meget som muligt, tunnelerne blev derefter fyldt med flere ton ammonalsprængstof og holdt i streng hemmelighed klar til brug i flere måneder. Tunnelernes længde under slagmarken ved Mesen var omkring 8.000 m; dette inkluderede også den hårdt omstridte højde 60.
