Niel er en by og kommune i den belgiske provins Antwerpen. Kommunen har mere end 10.000 indbyggere og ligger cirka ti kilometer syd for byen Antwerpen, ved den nordlige højre bred af Rupel. Kommunen grænser op til Rupel, Wullebeek og Niels bæk. Niel profilerer sig som en kulturel og grøn kommune og bruger sloganet Niel, perle ved Rupel. Kommunen tilhører valgkredsen og den retslige kreds Boom.
