Floden Hene eller Le Hain snor sig her gennem skoven bag Kasteelbrakel. Hene er en biflod til Schelde. Hene udspringer på Plateauet af Anderlues i det belgiske Henegouwen, strømmer fra Nimy gennem Henekom og munder ud i Schelde ved Condé-sur-l'Escaut, lige over den franske grænse mellem Doornik og Bergen. Vandløbet har givet sit navn til det tidligere grevskab, nu provinsen Henegouwen (fransk: Hainaut).
