Vestkysten er den vestlige del af den belgiske kyst. Det er et kystområde på cirka 20 km, der strækker sig fra De Panne, nær den franske grænse, til lige før Middelkerke. Fra vest mod øst ligger feriebyerne Sint-Idesbald, Koksijde, Oostduinkerke, Nieuwpoort og Westende ved Vestkysten.
Den fransk-flamske kyst ved Dunkerque og øst herfor hører både geografisk og historisk til den flamske vestkyst. Begrebet "flamsk kyst" omfatter med den fransk-flamske og Zeeuws-flamske kyst nemlig mere end blot den belgiske kyst.
