Vincent Henrion har en passion for geder. Oprindeligt havde denne landskabsarkitekt ikke planer om at blive gedde. Indtil han pludselig blev bidt af mikroben for at blive landmand. Han er den stolte ejer af en flok på omkring tredive alpegedder. Om sommeren græsser de på markerne med det grønne græs. Om vinteren fodres de med selvproduceret foder. Vincent malker gedderne dagligt og laver lækker økologisk ost af dem.
