Jalhay er en by og kommune i provinsen Liège i Belgien. Kommunen har over 8.000 indbyggere. Gileppe-dæmningen ligger i denne kommune. Mod øst ligger Baraque Michel. På gamle nederlandsksprogede kort kaldes dette sted nogle gange 'Gelhaag' eller 'Gellet'. Ingen af de to navne er nu længere almindelige. Også på tysk findes den forældede betegnelse 'Galbach'. For tre til fire århundreder siden blev der stadig talt plattysk i Jalhay.
