Schüpfheim er en kommune i den schweiziske kanton Luzern. Den tilhører valgkredsen Entlebuch.
Kommunen ligger i sydvesten af kanton Luzern ved den lille Emme. I selve byen munder Mannenbach ind fra venstre og Kirchenbach samt Trüebenbach ind fra højre. Den mindre del af kommunen ligger på den venstre bred af den lille Emme. Denne del kaldes Sonnenseite og Hinterberg. Området er, bortset fra nogle få skovområder, ryddet. Kun kystområderne ved Blettbach i sydvest og Bienzenwald i nordvest for Schüpfheim-Dorf danner en undtagelse. Også syd for de store Fontannen, der danner den nordlige kommunegrænse, er terrænet stærkt bevaret.
