Tegna er en tidligere kommune i distriktet Locarno i kantonen Ticino i Schweiz. Kommunerne Cavigliano, Tegna og Verscio fusionerede den 14. april 2013 til den nye kommune Terre di Pedemonte.
Før fusionen havde Tegna et samlet areal på 2,9 km2. Af dette areal er 0,34 km2 eller 11,8% anvendt til landbrugsformål, mens 1,72 km2 eller 59,5% er skovklædt. Af resten af jorden er 0,47 km2 eller 16,3% bebygget, 0,14 km2 eller 4,8% er enten floder eller søer, og 0,51 km2 eller 17,6% er uproduktivt land.
