Byens er et kendt skisportsted med et skiområde ved foden af bjergmassivet Mischabel, hvoraf Dom er det højeste bjerg. I alt ligger der 13 bjerge rundt om stedet, som overskrider 4000 meter.
Over byen ligger Feegletscher, som kan nås med kabelbane, Metro Alpin. Denne metro kan nås fra byen med en svævebane, Alpin Express, der begynder lige ved parkeringshuset.
