Yverdon-les-Bains er en kommune og by i den schweiziske kanton Vaud og er en del af distriktet Yverdon.
Yverdon-les-Bains ligger ved den vestlige bred af Neuchâtel-søen og har 28.377 indbyggere. Ved slutningen af 2004 var befolkningstallet 24.388.

De ældste spor af beboelse daterer sig til 4000 f.Kr. Omkring 800 f.Kr. levede keltiske stammer i området, hvoraf helvetierne er de mest kendte. De gjorde Eburodunos til et handelssted. Ifølge romerne ødelagde helvetierne byen, da de som stamme emigrerede til Gallien. Efter at romerne havde erobret området i 58 f.Kr., byggede de på stedet for det gamle handelssted en ny vicus og en militærbefestning. Navnet på denne nye bosættelse blev Vicus eburodunensis eller kort sagt Eburodunum. Gennem akvædukter blev det svovlsyrede kildevand bragt ind i byen.
