Koblenz er en by og kommune i distriktet Zurzach i kantonen Aargau i Schweiz.
Koblenz nævnes første gang i det 10. eller 11. århundrede som Confluentia, for sammensmeltningen af Aare og Rhinen. I 1265 blev den nævnt som Cobilz. I den romerske æra fandtes der en godshavn og vagttårne langs Rhinen på dette sted. Den tilbageværende sene romerske vagttårn er opført som et kulturarvsted af national betydning. Byen har været beboet siden middelalderen. Koblenz-bådmændene havde monopol på transport af varer fra den dengang vigtige markedsby Zurzach ned ad de farlige strømme i Rhinen mod Basel.
