Lugano Lufthavn er en regional lufthavn beliggende 4 km vest for den schweiziske by Lugano, cirka 80 km nord for Milano, i kommunerne Agno, Bioggio og Muzzano. Den ligger tættere på landsbyen Agno end på Lugano selv, og er nogle gange kendt som Lugano-Agno. Omkring 200.000 passagerer bruger lufthavnen hvert år, og der er cirka 2.400 flyvninger. Der er også begrænsede godsoperationer, en flyveklub og en flyveskole. Hovedkontoret for Darwin Airline var beliggende i lufthavnen før dens konkurs.
Lufthavnen ligger på jord, der ejes af byen Lugano, mens ledelsen er ansvarlig for Lugano Airport SA, hvis aktier ejes af kantonen Ticino og byen. Selskabet har 73 ansatte og en årlig omsætning på 10 millioner schweizerfranc.
