Lötschberg-baser tunnelen er en 34,6 km lang tunnel gennem de schweiziske alper. Den blev officielt åbnet den 15. juni 2007 og tages i brug den 9. december 2007. Tunnelen er en del af Lötschberg-jernbanen og tilslutter sig Simplon-jernbanen i Rhône-dalen.
Ved byggeriet af tunnelen er der taget højde for en kapacitet på 70 godstog og 30 persontog dagligt. Tunnelen er bygget, så de sidstnævnte kan køre med en hastighed på 250 km/t; siden december 2008 er det tilladt. Dette reducerer rejsetiden mellem Nord- og Sydschweiz med cirka en time.
