Bijlands-kanalen er en cirka fem kilometer lang del af Rhinen mellem de hollandske landsbyer Tolkamer og Millingen. Den blev anlagt mellem 1773 og 1776 som en regulering af Rhinen, der her dannede en stor slynge på højre side, tværs igennem Bijlandsche Waard. Kanalen og et cirka fire kilometer langt stykke af floden over grænsen til Tyskland danner den relativt korte hollandske Oberrhein med kun omkring 9 kilometer. Cirka 7 kilometer af dette er allerede grænseflod med Tyskland på venstre bred.
