Stadtallendorf er en by i kommunen Marburg-Biedenkopf, Hessen, Tyskland. Den ligger ca. 18 km øst for Marburg. I 2010 var byen vært for 50. Hessentag statsfestival.
Under det tyske system af Naturräume ligger Stadtallendorf i Westhessens depression zone, som er opdelt i bassiner og rygge. Med hensyn til disse ligger byen på den Øvre Hessiske Ryg, som adskiller Amöneburg Bassinet mod vest fra Schwalmbecken mod øst. På denne ryg kan man også finde Neustadt Saddle, som grænser op til byens nordøstlige kant. Dette højland er en del af adskillelsen mellem Rhinen og Wesers vandskel.
