Briesen, nedersorbisk Brjazyna, er en kommune i den sydøstlige del af Brandenburg i Landkreis Spree-Neiße. Den er en del af Amtsburg i Nedersorbisk.
Kommunen ligger i det oprindelige beboelsesområde for sorberne/wenderne. Offentlige bygninger og institutioner, veje, stier, pladser og broer bliver derfor som regel skiltet to-sproget. Briesen ligger cirka 10 km nordvest for Cottbus. Den nordlige grænse af kommunen dannes af det Store Fließ.
