Stöckse er en kommune i den østlige del af Nienburg/Weser-kredsen og er medlem af Steimbke kommune i Niedersachsen.
En første skriftlig omtale af Stöckse findes i godsliste fra Klosterstift Herford fra 1180. I gamle optegnelser blev stedet også kaldt Stockhausen, Stukenhausen, Stockheim, Stöcksen eller Stöxe.
