Bad Ems er en kommune i den tyske delstat Rheinland-Pfalz. Det er Kreisstadt i Rhein-Lahn-Kreis. Stedet har 9.801 indbyggere. Stedet er et anerkendt kurbad, har et kursalon og en golfklub, Bad Ems Mittelrheinischer Golf Club. Bad Ems ligger ved jernbanen Wetzlar - Koblenz; perronhuset på stationen Bad Ems er det mindste i Tyskland. Siden 2021 er kurbadet på UNESCOs verdensarvsliste som en del af de historiske kursteder i Europa.
