Klooster Vessra var et præmonstratenserkloster i den ligeså navngivne landsby Kloster Veßra i Landkreis Hildburghausen, Thüringen.
Klosteret blev grundlagt i 1130'erne af grev Gotebold II og hans kone Liutgard på et sted, hvor Werra og Schleuse mødes. Kirken blev indviet i 1138. Gennem århundrederne blev kirke og kloster udvidet og ændret indtil det 16. århundrede. I det 14. århundrede blev en doksaal indbygget, hvis rester stadig er bevaret.
