Schwielowsee er en amtsfri kommune i Landkreis Potsdam-Mittelmark ved Schwielowsee. Den blev dannet i 2002 ved sammenlægningen af de tre kommuner Caputh, Ferch og Geltow.
Kommunen har siden 2010 været anerkendt som en statslig ferieby med to bydele, og siden 2012 med hele kommunen.
