Betzdorf er en by i Landkreis Altenkirchen i den nordlige del af Rheinland-Pfalz. Det er administrationssædet for forvaltningsenheden Betzdorf-Gebhardshain. Betzdorf er en jernbanerby og er ifølge landsplanlægning udpeget som et mellemcenter.
Byen Betzdorf ligger cirka 20 km sydvest for Siegen i en dal mellem Westerwald i syd og Siegerland i nord. Her munder floden Heller ud i Sieg. Betzdorf er den største by i Landkreis Altenkirchen.
