Spreewaldheide, nedersorbisk Błośańska Góla, er en kommune, der hører under Landkreis Dahme-Spreewald i Brandenburg. Den tilhører ligesom syv andre kommuner i den østlige del af Landkreis Amt Lieberose/Oberspreewald samt det anerkendte bosætningsområde for sorberne/wenderne.
Kommune ligger ca. 16 kilometer øst for Lübben og ca. 4 kilometer nord for Straupitz. Den grænser mod nord og øst op til kommunen Schwielochsee, mod sydøst op til kommunen Byhleguhre-Byhlen, mod syd op til Straupitz, mod sydvest op til Neu Zauche og mod nordvest op til kommunen Märkische Heide.
