Grimma er en kommune og by i den tyske delstat Sachsen. Kommunen er en del af Landkreis Leipzig. Grimma har 28.180 indbyggere.
Byen ligger i Nordsachsens plateau- og bakkeland 25 km sydøst for Leipzig og ca. 16 km syd for Wurzen i Muldental. Med en samlet overflade på ca. 217 km² - hovedsageligt på grund af talrige annexationer i årene 2011 og 2012 - og cirka 30.000 indbyggere er Grimma den største og mest folkerige kommune i Landkreis Leipzig og hvad angår areal den fjerde største by i Sachsen.
