Laboe er en kommune i distriktet Plön, i Schleswig-Holstein, Tyskland. Den ligger ved Østersøkysten, cirka 10 km nordøst for Kiel. Laboe Søværnsmemorialet ligger inden for kommunen, ligesom U-båden U-995.
Byens våbenskjold viser en svane og er baseret på sit navn, da Laboe betyder "svane" på det uddøde slaviske polabiske sprog.
