Emlichheim er en kommune i Landkreis Grafschaft Bentheim i Niedersachsen og sæde for den ligeså navngivne samkommune.
Emlichheim ligger ved den tysk-nederlandske grænse. Byen afgrænses mod syd af Vechte og mod nord af Coevorden-Piccardie-kanalen. Kommunen er forvaltningssæde for samkommunen Emlichheim med kommunerne Emlichheim, Hoogstede, Laar og Ringe. I de seneste år har Emlichheim oplevet massiv vækst, især på grund af tilflytning af nederlandske statsborgere.
