Kubschütz, sorbisk, er en by og den tilhørende kommune i den saksiske Landkreis Bautzen. Kommunen blev dannet i 1994 fra de tidligere kommuner Jenkwitz, Kubschütz og Purschwitz. Selve byen ligger ved krydset mellem Bundesstraße 6 og jernbanelinjen Görlitz–Dresden og har 505 indbyggere. Kommunen tæller som en del af det officielle sorbiske bosættelsesområde.
Den store købstad Bautzen ligger omkring 5 kilometer vestlig. Mod syd ligger Oberlausitzer-bjerglandet med Czorneboh som den næsthøjeste og Valtenberg som den højeste bjerg. Landesgrænserne til Tjekkiet ligger omkring 25 kilometer mod syd, til Polen omkring 40 kilometer mod øst.
