Bertsdorf-Hörnitz er en saksisk kommune i Landkreis Görlitz ved kanten af Zittauer Gebirge.
Bertsdorf-Hörnitz ligger i den sydlige del af Landkreis i dalen ved Bertsdorfer Wasser mellem to højderygge, der er over 400 meter høje. Mandau flyder kun gennem bydelen Hörnitz. Kommunen ligger cirka tre kilometer vest for byen Zittau og grænser direkte op til den. Kommunen har også en station på Zittauer smalsporede jernbane, som dog ligger to kilometer uden for kommunegrænsen.
