Borstendorf er en landsby og tidligere kommune i den tyske delstat Sachsen. Kommunen var en del af Erzgebirgskreis. Kommunen var en del af "Verwaltungsverband Wildenstein".
Borstendorf har 1302 indbyggere. Fra 2015 er den tidligere kommune blevet en del af kommunen Grünhainichen.
Kommunen Borstendorf er en såkaldt "Waldhufendorf". Den vestlige kommunegrænse dannes af floden "Flöha". Herfra, med en højde af cirka 330 m NN, strækker landsbyen sig til den østlige grænse i en højde af cirka 500 m NN. På østsiden af Borstendorf ligger "Röthenbacher Wald"
