Wörth am Main er en by i den underfrankiske kommune Miltenberg. Udover hovedbyen er der ingen andre dele af kommunen.
Wörth ligger i den nordvestlige del af Bayern syd for Aschaffenburg og ligger i Maintal, indlejret mellem bakkerne i Odenwald og Spessart. Byen ligger i området ved Mainviereck på venstre bred af Main, lige over for byen Erlenbach am Main. Andre nabokommuner er i nord Obernburg am Main og i syd Klingenberg am Main og i vest den hessiske Odenwaldkommune Lützelbach.
