Oberreute er en kommune i det svabiske Landkreis Lindau, og den er medlem af forvaltningsfællesskabet Stiefenhofen. Byen er et statsligt anerkendt luftkursted ved den tyske alperute.
Oberreute ligger i regionen Allgäu, nærmere bestemt i Vestallgäu, cirka fem kilometer fra den østrigske grænse. Kommunens område ligger i en højde af 860 til 1041 m o. h.
