Ehra-Lessien er en medlemskommune i Samtgemeinde Brome. Samtgemeinde Brome ligger i den østlige del af Niedersachsen og grænser op til Sachsen-Anhalt.
Kommunen Ehra-Lessien består af delstederne Ehra og Lessien, som ligger to kilometer mod vest.
I kommunen findes de store skovområder Bickelsteiner Heide og Malloh, der dækker omkring 38 km² af det 56 km² store kommuneområde. Ehra-Lessien ligger omtrent 20 kilometer fra Wolfsburg og Gifhorn. Nabokommunerne er Wittingen, Brome, Tülau, Barwedel, Sassenburg og Wahrenholz.
