Ostritz er en saksisk landsby i Landkreis Görlitz i Oberlausitz. Ostritz ligger i den yderste østlige del af Sachsen ved den vestlige bred af Neisse, lige ved grænsen til den polske by- og landkommune Bogatynia. Byområdet strækker sig langs den vestlige bred af Lausitzer Neiße i naturområdet Østlige Oberlausitz. Fra nord til syd følger: Leuba, den egentlige by Ostritz; den gamle bydel), og helt i syd klosteret St. Marienthal med sin forankrede bosættelse.
