Aichwald er en kommune i Landkreis Esslingen, ti kilometer fra bydagen Esslingen og 20 kilometer fra Stuttgart. Den tilhører regionen Stuttgart og den europæiske storbyregion Stuttgart.
Aichwald ligger på Liashochfladen af Vorderen Schurwald mellem Remstal mod nord og Neckar- og Filstal mod syd.
Kommunen er den nordligst beliggende kommune i Landkreis Esslingen. Udgangen fra lokalområdet Aichelberg i retning mod Weinstadt-Beutelsbach markerer det nordligste punkt i kredsen.
