Berthelsdorf er en bydel i den øst-saksiske by Herrnhut i Landkreis Görlitz. Indtil 31. december 2012 var det en selvstændig kommune med bydelen Rennersdorf/O.L., som blev indlemmet den 1. marts 1994.
Berthelsdorf ligger i en dal, der strækker sig fra vest mod øst, og som er afgrænset af lave bakkedrag. Gennem dalen flyder det Berthelsdorfer Wasser, som udspringer i Oberstrahwalde fra to kilder ca. 380 m over havets overflade, og som i den nærliggende Rennersdorf forenes med Petersbach til Pließnitz.
