Dockweiler er en landsby i Landkreis Vulkaneifel i Rheinland-Pfalz. Den tilhører Verbandsgemeinde Daun.
Den første omtale af Dockweiler findes i et dokument fra konge Konrad III., da han den 1. august 1144 efter Pfalzgraf Wilhelm død bekræftede sine rettigheder og ejendomme til klosteret Springiersbach og tog det under sin beskyttelse. Dockweiler tilhørte indtil slutningen af det 18. århundrede den rigsunmitterbare herredømme Kerpen, som sidst var i besiddelse af hertugen af Arenberg.
