Kittlitz er en kommune i Kreis Herzogtum Lauenburg i Schleswig-Holstein. I kommunen ligger godserne Goldensee og Niendorf ved Schaalsee samt bosættelserne Butz, Vogtstemmen og Rosenhagen.
Stedet ligger i området omkring Schaalsee-vandene i naturparken Lauenburgische Seen ved grænsen til delstaten Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Her finder man mange typiske gårde for området.
