Verbandsgemeinde Prüm er en forvaltningsenhed i retsformen af en geografisk enhed i Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm i Rheinland-Pfalz. Verbandsgemeinde omfatter byen Prüm samt 43 selvstændige landsbyer, forvaltningen har sit sæde i den navngivne by Prüm, en filial af forvaltningen ligger i kommunen Bleialf. Med et areal på 465 km² er den den største Verbandsgemeinde i Rheinland-Pfalz. I vest grænser den op til kongeriget Belgien, og i nord til delstaten Nordrhein-Westfalen.
