Riede er en kommune i den niedersachsiske Landkreis Verden, vest for Thedinghausen mellem Bremen og Bruchhausen-Vilsen. Kommunen tilhører sammen med Blender, Emtinghausen og Thedinghausen Samtgemeinde Thedinghausen.
Navnet Riede kommer fra de talsandflader i Weserniederung. Riede blev grundlagt på dens nordrand. I 1058 blev Riede første gang nævnt i dokumenter. Den gotiske St.-Andreas-kirke i Riede blev bygget omkring 1270 af mursten.
