Räckelwitz, sorbisk Worklecy, er en kommune i den saksiske Oberlausitz. Den er medlem af forvaltningssammenslutningen Am Klosterwasser. Stedet Räckelwitz har selv 504 indbyggere og ligger i det sorbiske kernebosætningsområde. I år 2001 talte 63,2 % af kommunens indbyggere sorbisk.
Kommunen ligger i centrum af Bautzen-distriktet, ca. 8 km øst for byen Kamenz og ca. 15 km nordvest for Bautzen i syd for "Niederlandet" af den tidligere klosterforvaltning St. Marienstern. A 4 kan nås via tilslutningen Uhyst. Räckelwitz ligger i den vestlige Oberlausitz ved kanten af det vestlausitiske bakkeland, i overgangen mellem det flade damlandskab mod nord og det lausitiske bjergeområde mod syd. Øst for stedet Räckelwitz flyder Klosterwasser, et biflod til den sorte Elster.
