Harsewinkel [ˌhaːʁzəˈvɪŋkl] er en by med cirka 25.000 indbyggere i den nordrhein-westfäliske kommune Gütersloh i Ostwestfalen-Lippe. Den ligger ved Ems og betragtes landskabeligt som en del af Münsterland.
Harsewinkel blev første gang nævnt i 1090 og oplevede en opblomstring i middelalderen med grundlæggelsen af cistercienserklosteret Marienfeld. Byen tilhørte det højbiskoppelige Münster og kom i 1803 med dette til kongeriget Preussen. I den kommunale reform, der trådte i kraft den 1. januar 1973, blev Harsewinkel knyttet til kommunen Gütersloh. Den mest kendte virksomhed i byen er landbrugsmaskineproducenten Claas. Siden den 8. juli 2013 bærer Harsewinkel den officielle tilføjelse til navnet, Mædskerbyen.
