Oberbilk er en tæt befolkede bydel, beliggende nær byens centrum og tilhørende bydel 3 i Düsseldorf. Tidligere blev den tidligere arbejderbydel kendetegnet ved jern- og stålindustrien. Siden lukningen af de sidste fabrikker i begyndelsen af 1980'erne gennemgår Oberbilk en strukturel transformation.
