Fehmarn er en tysk ø i Østersøen og den tredjestørste ø i Tyskland efter Rügen og Usedom. Den tilhører
Kreis Ostholstein i Schleswig-Holstein. Den 1. januar 2003 blev byen Fehmarn dannet gennem fusionen af alle dengang eksisterende kommuner på øen. Hovedby og administrationssæde er Burg på Fehmarn. Øen er præget af landbrug og turisme.
Fehmarn er 185 km² stor, har ca. 78 km kystlinje og ligger mellem Kieler Bugt og Mecklenburg Bugt i Østersøen. Øen er forbundet med Wagrien-halvøen gennem Fehmarnsundbroen. På Fehmarn ligger Staberhuk, det østligste punkt, og Marienleuchte, det nordøstligste punkt i Schleswig-Holstein. Marienleuchte udgjorde desuden fra 1949 til 1990 det nordøstligste punkt i Forbundsrepublikken Tyskland og fra 1952 til 1973 for Den Europæiske Kul- og Stålunion og fra 1958 også for EWG.
