Gartow er et sogn i Landkreis Lüchow-Dannenberg i Niedersachsen og samtidig sæde for Gartow kommune.
Gartow ligger i det historiske landskab Wendland ved den vestlige bred af Seege, en venstre biflod til Elben, der nord for Gartow udvider sig til en kunstigt opstemmet sø fra 1970'erne. Stedet ligger i området Gartower Elbmarsch inden for Niedersächsische Elbtalaue. Mod sydvest strækker et stort fyrreskovområde, Gartower Tannen, sig ud. Den højeste hævning, Hahnenberge, er 32 m.
