Wadersloh er en kommune i den sydøstlige del af Warendorf-distriktet i Nordrhein-Westfalen. Kommunen Wadersloh består af de tre landsbyer Wadersloh, Diestedde og Liesborn.
I sydøst grænser kommunen Wadersloh op til byen Lippstadt, i sydvest til kommunen Lippetal. Større byer i nærheden af kommunen Wadersloh er udover Lippstadt den vestligt beliggende Beckum og storbyen Hamm, i nordvest storbyen Münster, i nordøst Rheda-Wiedenbrück og storbyen Bielefeld, som samtidig er den største by i den nærmeste omegn af kommunen, og i sydvest Soest.
