Olpe er en mellemstor by i Olpe kommune i Arnsberg distrikt, Nordrhein-Westfalen. I 1311 fik den byrettigheder af ærkebiskop Heinrich II, grev af Virneburg. Siden 1819 har den været administrationsby og sæde for kommunalbestyrelsen i Olpe kommune. På grund af det store antal lindetræer, der er plantet siden begyndelsen af det sidste århundrede, har byen tilnavnet "Byen med de tusinde lindetræer". Til dette er mottoet for den årlige byfest "Olpe fejrer under lindetræerne".
